Searching for jobs has never been easier! On the home page, simply type in some specific key words that describe either the job title or the type of job that you are looking for in the Keywords box. You can also conduct your search by looking for a particular company as well.
In the Location box, enter the city and state that you are searching for as this will help narrow your search. Once you have entered in your information, click the Search button and this will begin your search. If you're not sure on what type of job you're looking for or it's location, you can always click the Search button and all jobs will populate.
Once the search results have populated on the following screen, you can narrow your search by using the filter options for more refined results.
Creating a resume is fast and simple. First you will need to create an account by clicking on the 'Create Account' button and then following the next steps. Next, you will need to either upload a resume into our system or you can follow the step-by-step process and we will help create a resume for you.
Once you’ve provided the required information and any of the optional data, you will be taken to a screen to preview it before you save it. After you’ve clicked the Complete button, you are ready to start applying for jobs. Good luck!
To edit and/or view your current resume, log into your account and select the 'Resume' button. If you created your resume, then you have the options to edit what you currently have, create a new one or delete your resume.
If you're choosing to edit your resume and you've made all the necessary changes, click the 'Review Resume' button in the last drop-down of the accordion. Review your resume and click the "Submit Resume" button.
You can also upload a resume that you may have already created by clicking the 'Upload Resume' option.
If you choose to create a new resume, the current one will automatically be deleted.
If you have forgotten your password when trying to sign in, simply click on the 'Forgot Your Password?' link in the Sign In box. A pop-up box will appear asking for your email address. Enter the email address associated with your account and an email will be sent to you to reset your password. Click the 'Reset Password' button in the email and enter a new password when prompted. Note: This email may be sent to the Promotions or Spam Folder.
If you are already logged in, but would like to change your password, select 'My Account' and then enter your current password along with your new password in the 'Change Password' section. Once you have changed your password, this will automatically log you out so you will need to log back in with your new password.
To change your email address, please sign in with your current information and select 'My Account'. In the top portion of the screen, you will see your current email address. Once you change your current email address to the new one, you will be forced to sign out and then sign back in. Your password will remain the same.
Once you've applied to jobs, they will say 'Applied' in the job description section. If you would like to view which jobs you have already applied to, click 'Application History' button and it will show you which jobs you've applied to and when.
Hire Choices is determined to help you find work the best we can and is always looking for new ways to improve our strategies. However, we also have standards and guidelines that we expect from our candidates to also help our employers search for the most suitable applicants for their open roles.
When completing your resume and applying for work, please refrain from using profanity or explicit language. Please keep any and all conversations relevant to the subject matter of the opportunity and avoid any obscenities that be deemed as discriminatory or offensive. Also, sending advertisements to any employer that solicits other businesses is prohibited.

Should you come across a job posting that may violate Hire Choices policies and/or standards, click on the 'Report this job posting' at the bottom of every job posting. A pop-up window will appear where you can choose options as to why this may look inappropriate, offensive, fraudulent or fake. Click the 'Submit' button and this will notify our Customer Service Team immediately. Should we determine the posting does violate our Terms of Service, we will remove the job post.
