Welcome to Hire Choices, LLC ("Hire Choices", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Services (“Terms”) apply to the websites and web pages operated by Hire Choices, LLC (collectively referred to as the “Site” or “Sites”), including hirechoices.com and any associated platforms. This includes all current and future affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, brands, licensors, licensees, agents, or any entities acquired by Hire Choices.
By accessing or using the Sites or any related services offered by Hire Choices (referred to herein as the “Services” or “Membership Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms or are unable to comply, you are not permitted to access or use the Sites or Services.
In these Terms, “you” or “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing the Sites or utilizing the Services provided by Hire Choices.
By using or accessing the Sites or utilizing the Services offered by Hire Choices, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations governing your use. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions or to Hire Choices’ Privacy Policy, you are not permitted to access or use the Sites.
Hire Choices permits you to access and use the information and content on its Sites for your personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you are at least 18 years old. You may not copy, distribute, display, publish, license, download, modify, reproduce, transmit, sell, or otherwise use any material on the Sites for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of Hire Choices. The use of data mining tools, bots, or other automated systems to extract or manipulate Site content, as well as any attempt to bypass or interfere with the Site’s structure or layout, is strictly forbidden. You also agree not to use the Sites for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. If you provide a phone number during registration or use of the Sites, you consent to receive calls or text messages—manual or automated—from Hire Choices or its third-party partners. Similarly, by submitting your email address, you agree to receive electronic communications, including marketing messages, from Hire Choices and its vendors or affiliates. You may opt out of these communications at any time through provided unsubscribe options.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activity conducted under your account. You agree to notify Hire Choices immediately, in writing, if you suspect unauthorized use or a security breach involving your account. Always log out after each session. Hire Choices is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account information or comply with these Terms.
You agree not to alter the Sites or attempt to use altered versions of the Sites—unless such modifications are made or authorized by Hire Choices—for any purpose, including to gain unauthorized access. You also agree to access the Sites only through the interface and methods provided by Hire Choices.
Hire Choices grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Sites solely for your internal business purposes, or on behalf of your clients, in connection with recruiting candidates for employment opportunities. You may not resell, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer your access to the Services or any related rights without prior written consent from Hire Choices.
You are solely responsible for any content or materials you post to the Site and for any outcomes resulting from such postings. Hire Choices reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Sites or Services at any time if it determines that you have violated these Terms and Conditions.
As an employer, you represent and warrant that all materials, job listings, or related documents you provide in connection with the Services comply with all applicable laws and do not infringe upon any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, rights of publicity or privacy, obscenity standards, or defamation laws.
By submitting such content, you grant Hire Choices a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and transmit the submitted materials, including but not limited to job postings and related advertisements. This may include linking to your organization’s website as part of the Services, when appropriate.
All job listings submitted to Hire Choices must fully comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to labor, employment, and anti-discrimination regulations. This includes adherence to laws such as the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and any other relevant regulatory guidelines governing hiring practices.
Hire Choices is committed to maintaining a trustworthy and professional platform for both employers and job seekers. To uphold this standard, Hire Choices reserves the right—at its sole discretion—to review, reject, edit, or remove any job posting that violates our policies or appears to be inconsistent with the intent of our platform. Specifically, job postings may be rejected or removed if they:
Contain Misleading or False Information
Job listings must accurately represent the position being offered, including job title, duties, compensation, company name, and location. Listings that exaggerate or misrepresent the role, offer non-existent positions, or contain intentionally deceptive language (e.g., bait-and-switch tactics) are strictly prohibited.
Violate Any Applicable Law or Regulation
All postings must comply with relevant employment laws, including those prohibiting discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristics. Job ads that include discriminatory language or violate wage transparency laws, immigration regulations, or licensing requirements will not be permitted.
Include Content Deemed Offensive, Inappropriate, or Irrelevant to Job Seekers
Postings that contain profane, sexually explicit, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate language or imagery are not allowed. Additionally, listings that do not pertain to legitimate employment opportunities—such as multi-level marketing schemes, pyramid schemes, or unrelated advertisements—will be considered irrelevant and subject to removal.
Hire Choices may, but is not obligated to, notify the employer of the reason for the rejection or removal of a job posting. Employers are encouraged to review all job descriptions carefully before submission and to consult legal counsel if they have questions regarding compliance with applicable laws.
Failure to comply with these standards may result in removal of current postings, suspension of the employer’s account, or permanent banning from the platform.
Hire Choices grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use its Sites for your personal, non-commercial purposes—specifically to search for employment or recruitment opportunities on your own behalf. You are solely responsible for all content you submit, including resumes, profiles, or other documents, and for any outcomes related to those submissions. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer access to the Services or any associated rights to another party without prior written approval from Hire Choices. Access to the Sites and Services may be suspended or terminated at any time if Hire Choices, at its sole discretion, determines that you have violated these Terms of Services.
As a job seeker, you may use the Services to browse and apply for job openings, receive notifications via email or text (where available), and upload your resume or similar professional information to be included in our Resume Database. For purposes of these Terms, the term “resume” also includes a curriculum vitae (CV), personal profiles, references, recommendations, and similar documents outlining your experience and qualifications.
Because Hire Choices operates multiple specialized Sites as part of its broader job board network—and may expand that network through acquisition or partnerships—registering on one industry-specific Site (e.g., healthcare) may result in your profile or data being marketed to users of another related Site (e.g., medical administration) within the Hire Choices network or to affiliated third parties, unless you opt out of such communications.
If you have created a Hire Choices account, submitted your resume or CV, or signed up for job alerts, you acknowledge and agree that Hire Choices may use this information to contact you with job postings that match your interests. In addition, you consent to being contacted—via email, phone, or other means—by these employers or recruiters in response to your expressed interest in relevant roles.
If you wish to have your resume or CV shared with employers, staffing firms, or recruiters—either by submitting your information directly to the Resume Database or applying to a job listed on a Hire Choices platform—you grant Hire Choices a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license (with the right to sublicense) to use, distribute, and share that information, including any supplemental materials you provide, as needed to perform the Services.
In some cases, you may receive communications related to your site activity, job applications, or features made available through the Sites. These messages are provided as a convenience only. Hire Choices makes no guarantees regarding their timing, delivery, or storage. Messages sent to accounts that are closed or inactive will not be delivered.
Hire Choices may enable direct messaging or other communication tools for specific job listings or employers at its sole discretion and will notify you when these features are available.
Hire Choices also reserves the right to disable or remove these features at any time and without notice. If you use these tools to communicate with an employer, Hire Choices will forward your message according to the employer’s preferences and instructions.
Posting your resume on the Hire Choices platform allows you to take full advantage of the job-seeking tools and features available through the Site. This account allows you to return at any time to update, edit, or manage your existing resume using your login credentials.
You may delete your resume from the Site at any time through your user account settings. However, please be aware that once your resume has been submitted or shared as part of an application process, there is a possibility that third parties—including employers, recruiters, or others—may have retained copies of it. Hire Choices cannot guarantee the confidentiality, use, or deletion of any resume that has already been accessed or obtained by others.
Hire Choices does not take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or formatting of resumes, documents, or other materials submitted by users. Users are solely responsible for the content they post. Hire Choices serves as an online platform for the distribution and display of user-submitted information and does not have an obligation to review or pre-screen any materials prior to publication. As such, we are not responsible for screening or monitoring resume content or other materials uploaded by users.
If a resume, document, or material is brought to our attention as potentially violating these Terms and Conditions, Hire Choices may, at its sole discretion, investigate the matter and determine whether to remove the content or request its removal. However, Hire Choices assumes no obligation or liability to users for the performance or nonperformance of such actions. We reserve the right to take any action we believe is necessary or appropriate regarding user-submitted content, at our sole discretion.
All employer subscription plans offered by Hire Choices are set to automatically renew at the chosen rate to ensure uninterrupted access to services. By maintaining an active membership, you authorize Hire Choices to charge the credit or debit card initially provided at the start of your subscription. If you wish to avoid being charged for the next term, you must cancel or downgrade your subscription before the renewal date. For trial subscriptions (when available), cancellation must occur before the trial period ends to prevent automatic renewal at the standard subscription rate.
If you decide to downgrade or cancel your membership, log in to your account, select either “Products & Pricing” or “Subscription Management”, and then click on the option you prefer. No refunds will be given as all plans (except for the Pay as You Go Plan) are prepaid and set to renew every 30 days from the date of signup.
There are no fees or charges for candidates applying to jobs as this is a free service for job seekers.

Due to the inherent challenges of verifying user identities online, Hire Choices does not guarantee that users are who they represent themselves to be. As Hire Choices does not participate in interactions between users and has no control over the conduct of individuals using the site, any disputes that arise between users are solely their responsibility. By using the site, you agree to release Hire Choices from any and all claims, demands, legal actions, damages (both direct and indirect, actual or consequential), liabilities, or other obligations, whether known or unknown, that may result from or be related to such user disputes.
Hire Choices grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Site individuals seeking employment (“Job Seeker”) and for employers seeking candidates for potential employment (“Employer”), in accordance with these Terms.
Hire Choices has developed its website (“the Sites”) for use by the general public and its clients. The content and materials presented on the Sites are intended solely for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as a promise, offer, or contractual commitment to deliver any specific service, product, or employment opportunity. Hire Choices does not guarantee that any job listings available on the Sites will be appropriate, relevant, or accessible in every geographic location, nor does it commit to presenting or fulfilling any particular employment role.
All information made available on the Sites is provided as a courtesy to users. While Hire Choices strives to ensure the information is current and accurate, it makes no assurances regarding the completeness, timeliness, accuracy, or reliability of the information published. Due to the nature of online platforms, Hire Choices cannot guarantee the Sites will be error-free or that all content will be applicable to your needs or expectations.
From time to time, the Sites may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or technical issues. Hire Choices reserves the right to update, change, or remove content, services, and features at any time, including modifying these Terms of Service and its Privacy Policy without prior notice. Any updates to these terms will be effective upon being posted to the Sites. Continued use of the Sites after such changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
Furthermore, no part of the Sites should be viewed as an endorsement or warranty by Hire Choices of any individual user or third party, including their websites, services, hiring or recruiting practices, professional qualifications, or employment standards.
The Hire Choices website, along with all associated content—including but not limited to text, code, graphics, images, audio, video, and interactive elements (collectively referred to as "Content")—as well as any trademarks, service marks, logos, or branding elements displayed on the site ("Marks"), are owned exclusively by Hire Choices or its licensors. These materials are protected by intellectual property laws of the United States and other jurisdictions, including copyright and trademark laws.
Except for the specific, limited rights granted to you under these Terms of Service, Hire Choices retains all ownership and proprietary interest in the Content and Marks. You are prohibited from copying, altering, displaying, distributing, selling, or otherwise exploiting any of the Content or Marks for commercial or public purposes without prior written authorization from Hire Choices.
Any use of the Content on external websites or within shared computer networks, including redistribution or republication, is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to, any underlying software code, scripts, or page structures created by Hire Choices for the purpose of displaying the Content, which are also protected by copyright.
If you download, print, or otherwise make a copy of any portion of the Content for personal, non-commercial use, you must retain and not remove any copyright notices, trademark attributions, or other proprietary notices included with the original material.
All product and service marks appearing on the website that are not owned by Hire Choices are the property of their respective holders. The Content is provided on an “as is” basis and is intended solely for informational and personal use.
Any attempt to bypass, interfere with, or disable the website’s security measures or content-protection features—including those designed to restrict the copying or downloading of Content—is strictly prohibited.
If you believe that any of the trademarks, service marks, or logos used on the site belong to a third party and have been used improperly, please contact Hire Choices in writing to report the concern.
You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your use of the Hire Choices website, the broader internet, and any resumes, documents, or materials you submit, view, or interact with through the site. This also includes responsibility for your behavior both on and off the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hire Choices and its affiliates, including its owners, officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, agents, and partners, shall not be held liable for any type of damages. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, losses related to profits or reputation, data loss, missed job opportunities, service interruptions, performance failures, errors, delays, omissions, or any other harm resulting from your access to or use of the site and its content—whether such claims arise under contract, tort, negligence, warranty, or any other legal basis—even if Hire Choices has been made aware of the potential for such damages.
You understand and agree that any reliance you place on the website, its services, or the materials made available through it is done at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with the site, its services, or any associated product or content, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue your use of the platform.
Additionally, because of the nature of this agreement, you acknowledge that Hire Choices may be entitled to seek injunctive or other equitable relief if you violate its terms, in addition to any monetary compensation.
The Hire Choices websites may include links to external websites operated by third parties. These links might be added by Hire Choices for user convenience or posted by other users. Accessing these third-party sites is entirely at your own discretion and risk. Hire Choices does not control, review, or endorse the content, accuracy, or functionality of any third-party websites and assumes no responsibility for their content or how they are presented.
Any links provided by Hire Choices are intended solely for informational purposes and do not imply an endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or approval of the linked sites or their operators. Once you leave the Hire Choices website to visit a third-party site, our terms and privacy policies no longer apply, and you should review the terms and policies of the external site separately.
Access to and use of the Hire Choices websites may be temporarily interrupted or suspended due to planned or unplanned maintenance, system updates, outages, technical issues, or other circumstances that result in the sites or portions of them becoming unavailable. This may include disruptions caused by power failures, equipment malfunctions, or other unexpected events.
Hire Choices also reserves the right, without notice or liability, to restrict or suspend access to part or all of its websites at any time. This may occur for reasons including, but not limited to: (a) conducting routine or emergency maintenance or making necessary changes to the system; (b) responding to cybersecurity threats such as denial-of-service attacks or any other events that, in Hire Choices’ judgment, could jeopardize site integrity or functionality; or (c) complying with applicable laws or addressing regulatory concerns that make continued operation of the sites inadvisable or impermissible.
You acknowledge and agree that Hire Choices has the right to suspend or terminate your access to any portion of the Sites or to any services offered through the Sites at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice. Additionally, Hire Choices reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue all or part of the Sites, with or without notice, at any time. You further agree that Hire Choices will not be held liable to you or any third party for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Sites.
When you sign up on any of the Hire Choices Sites or in connection with the Services, you will be required to create an account and provide Hire Choices with certain details, such as a valid email address, phone number, or other contact information ("User Information"). You acknowledge that you do not have ownership rights to your account. While using the Sites, you agree not to: (i) post or transmit material that is copyrighted, unless you are the copyright holder or have the necessary permissions from the copyright holder; (ii) post or transmit material containing trade secrets or confidential information, unless you own them or have permission from the owner; (iii) post or transmit content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights or privacy/publicity rights of others; (iv) post or transmit material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or otherwise harmful or embarrassing to others; (v) post or transmit sexually explicit images or material; (vi) post or transmit business advertisements or solicitations; (vii) post or transmit chain letters or pyramid schemes; (viii) impersonate someone else or post content under a false identity; (ix) post or transmit files that contain viruses, corrupt data, or other harmful components; or (x) intentionally or unintentionally violate or assist in the violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Hire Choices reserves the right to edit, refuse to post, or remove any content you submit at its discretion and without notice, but is under no obligation to delete content that you may find objectionable, offensive, or that violates these terms. Hire Choices may also expel you and restrict your access to the Sites for any reason, including a violation of these terms or applicable laws, or for no reason at all.
All User Information will be handled in accordance with Hire Choices’ Privacy Policy. As outlined in the Privacy Policy, Hire Choices may collect certain User Information and contact you periodically as per the policy terms. Additionally, Hire Choices may disclose certain User Information to comply with legal requirements, law enforcement, or governmental requests, even if such disclosure may be required under applicable laws. Third parties may also retain cached versions of your User Information.
We reserve the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes, updates, or revisions to the Terms will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates or changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the Terms will indicate when the most recent modifications were made.
Your continued use of the Site, including any access to or interaction with the Site's services, after the posting of any changes to the Terms, will be deemed as your acceptance and agreement to the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Site immediately. By continuing to use the Site, you acknowledge and accept that you are bound by the most current version of the Terms.

If you reside in California, you acknowledge and agree to waive the provisions of California Civil Code Section 1542, which states: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor."
